About Transformation Fellowship 2025
Pernod Ricard India Foundation has launched Transformation Fellowship. Transgender community can develop their professional careers through this scheme. One year program will be provided to deserving population which is funded by the founder of this scheme. Essential theoretical equipment by instructions of 6 months classrooms will be provided to fellows in collaboration with Tata Institute of Social Science.
Under this program, hands- on work experience of 6 months will be provided to internships at projecting corporations and organization. Transgender community will be developed by application of this program.
Financial Assistance Under Transformation Fellowship
For organization and higher-level jobs, transgender will be trained and experienced under this fellowship. During the year for travel and stay, every candidate will receive Rs.240000 along with Rs.96000. Transgender with 18-25 age limit can get benefit from this program. The selected candidates will further pass through an online process which further follow a round of group conversation and personal interviews and details. The first 20 fellows’ group will begin to work on 1st July 2022 under this fellowship. A completion certificate will be provided after completing this fellowship.
