About Transformation Fellowship 2025
Pernod Ricard India Foundation has launched The Transformation Fellowship. The transgender community can develop their professional careers through this scheme. The OA year program will be provided to the deserving population, which is funded by the founder of this scheme. Essential theoretical equipment, including instructions for a 6-month class, will be provided to fellows in collaboration with TheTata Institute of Social Science.
Under this program, hands-on work experience of 6 months will be provided to interns in project corporations and organizations. The transgender community will be developed by the application of this program.
Financial Assistance Under Transformation Fellowship
For organization and higher-level jobs, transgender individuals will be trained and experienced under this fellowship. During the year for travel and stay, every candidate will receive RRs 40000 along with RRs 6000. Transgender individuals with an 18-25 age limit can benefit from this program. The selected candidates will further pass through an online prwhichfurtherr follows a round of group conversation and personal interview, and details. The first 20 fellows’ group will begin to work on 1st July 2022 under this fellowship. A completion certificate will be provided after completing this fellowship.
