About NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship

NVIDIA has called PHD researchers from about 25th years to propose their research proposal for deliberation. Students are selected based on their academic records, field of research, and the professor’s suggestion. We have designed this fellowship program to enhance academic excellence and NVIDIA an introduction to future scholars of our domain.

NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Requirements

  • During the application student should complete PHD First year program
  • Students should have the main subjects of Engineering in computer and electrical, architecture, and related fields.
  • Students must be involved in research during their PHD thesis
  • Students must be able to fulfil their in-person internship program before the beginning of this fellowship
  • The candidate might not be a member of recent NVIDIA worker
  • The scholarship must be given to a student by their university. The amount will be transferred to the university, not to the student’s account
Application Date and Process

Graduate Fellowship Applications must consist of:

  • Research proposal should be more than 2 pages, including bibliography (that not included in 2 pages)
  • CV including contact details
  • Professor’s suggestion letter
  • Authorization of accessibility of the summer internship personally

Submission Portal:  

  • It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure all documents are submitted before the last date of application. We are using a submission portal through which student can handle their own applications.
  • The student must include:
  • Establish student profile
  • Finalize your application, which includes a research proposal, CV
  • Letter of recommendations
  • Check the recommendation letter status until it shows completed. The deadline for recommendation letters is 12 PM Pacific Time, September 15, 2025.
  • It is the student’s responsibility to complete and upload the letter before the deadline
  • Upload the finalized application before the deadline, which is 15 September 2025.
