L&T Build India Scholarship 2025

L&T scholarship stands for Larsen & Toubro Ltd.   it is one of largest multinational companies in India known for its engineering, construction, manufacturing, technology, and financial services. It was found in 1938 by Danish engineers Henning Holck-Larsen and Søren Kristian Toubro and operates almost in 30 countries with more than 50,000- employees

The selected students will get the scholarship which is fully sponsored by L&T Build India. If you are interested in applying for the scholarship program, make sure to submit your application before March 12, 2025 the Selection Will Be Based on the Written Tests, Group Discussion, And Personal Interview. The deserving student will get 13,400 For 24 Months Until   end of the Course.

Eligibility Criteria L&T Build India Scholarship

• Applicant must be a Final-year B.E./B.Tech or Civil, Electrical Engineering student

• should be a fresh graduate or about to graduate in the year 2025

• Candidate should have 75% or 7 CGPA to become eligible for this scholarship
•  The Date of birth should be on or after July 1, 2001

• Applicant must meet L&T’s medical fitness requirements

• Applicant should be interest in the construction industry

• Must have to sign a service agreement of ₹5,00,000 to work with L&T for 5 years after completing M. Tech
• Age should not More Than 23 Years.
• Students must be at least 160 cm tall
• Student’s minimum weight is at least 50 kg.
• Vision Requirement: Students’ power should not be less than +5.0 or -5.0 degrees while wearing glasses.

 L&T Build India Scholarship Benefits

• The scholarship provides 2 years scholarship for M.Tech. program in Construction Technology & Management at premium institutions like IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, NITK Surathkal, and NIT Trichy.
•  A stipend of ₹13,400 per month is provided to student during the course
• They also provide them Opportunity to work on live projects at L&T construction sites, provides hands on experience to the real-world engineering
• After the completion of the program scholars are offered employment with L&T

L&T Build India Scholarship Terms & Conditions

• selected candidates will sign a contract valued at ₹12 lakh. in which candidate confirms that after completing the course he/ she will Serve L&T for five years

• There is no scholarship process fee at any stage

• Only selected students appear for online test. Candidates should qualify both written exam and the interview.

 UNDERTAKING:

Selected students are required to sign a 12-lakh rupee agreement before enrolling in the course. By signing this agreement, the student commits to completing the course and working for the company for the next five years. Below are the specifics of how the value will be recovered.

7. Is there any test syllabus?
   Yes. It covers:

• Technical knowledge (Civil or Electrical subjects)
• Aptitude, reasoning, and general awareness

8. Where will I study if selected?
   Selected candidates are admitted to one of these four institutions:

• IIT Madras
• IIT Delhi
• NIT Trichy
• NIT Surathkal

Institute allocation is done by L&T based on performance and availability.

9. What documents were required to apply?

10. What happens after completing the M. Tech?
    You’ll be absorbed as a Project Manager/Engineer in L&T Construction with a competitive salary and benefits.
11. Will I be posted anywhere in India?
    Yes. Work locations after the M. Tech may be anywhere in India or abroad, depending on L&T’s project needs.
