55-60 volunteers and professionals from more than 40 countries are supported through Cross Culture Program (CCP), keeping them in Germany, or other associated countries for 2-3 months to widen their proficiency, network, and skills related to culture. Candidates participate in workshops, and meetings. Although digital options are available, so on-site involvement is prioritized in 2025. The German Federal Foreign Office supports this program, and the concern of this project is civil society workers and their strong work skills. Financial support of 650 Euros/monthly along with transport, accommodation, visa charges, health allowance are given to international candidates while German residents get 1200 Euros. CCP network is growing with regular chances through both physical and digital exchanges.
