The Government of Haryana has introduced scholarships under the Dr. Ambedkar Medhavi Chhattar Sansodhit. Students are eligible to apply from class 11 to postgraduate level
This program is run by the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department. Students from these communities benefit from this program during their higher education.
The incentive amount is given based on a fixed percentage to students who belong to backward classes, scheduled castes, and other segments of society.

The Ambedkar Scholarship Haryana for 2025–26 is now open. If you guys are interested then make sure to submit your applications before March 31, 2025.

How to Apply
- Go to the Har-Chakravarti Portal.
- Click on the “Register” button.
- Enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) Family ID.
- Select your name from the displayed list.
- Click on “Generate OTP”.
- Enter the OTP to verify it.
- After verification, your details will auto-populate.
- Choose your Department and College.
- Create a password and click register
Login and Application
- Click on the “Login” button
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Fill in the application form with necessary details like Course, Roll Number, and Eligibility.
- Upload required documents (e.g., mark sheets, income certificate, caste certificate).
- Click on the “Apply” button to save and submit your application.
The Annual scholarship reward is divided by following criteria
- Class 10 ₹8,000 per annum
- Class 12: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per annum
- Undergraduate and Postgraduate: ₹9,000–₹12,000 per annum
Eligibility:
- Applicant must be a resident of Haryana
- Must be a regular student
- Annual income should not me more than 4 lakhs
- The criteria are based on merit. The minimum percentage can change by area depends on rural or urban
Example: SC students in rural areas may need 60–70% marks in previous class on the other hand urban areas may need 70–75%. background
